Registration opens on February 1st for HMRRC’s marathon and half marathon training program  designed for novice runners who have never before completed the 13.1-mile or 26.2-mile distances OR for experienced runners who are interested in training with a group and under the guidance of a coach.  The five-month program begins in early May. Group training takes place twice weekly in the Capital District. Training program members will receive the guidance of a certified coach and have the opportunity to meet other runners sharing an interest in long-distance running.  Registration also includes a guaranteed paid entry into the 2012 Mohawk Hudson River Marathon or Half Marathon.  A limited number of slots are available so register early!
