Expo and Packet PIck-up Exhibitor Contract
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO DAY-OF-RACE PACKET PICKUP.
All race packets must be picked up on Saturday, October 6, 2012
TOYS FOR TOTS:
The US Marine Corps Reserve Toys For Tots Program will kick off its 2012 Campaign with a toy collection site at the Expo. Please bring a new, unwrapped toy to help in their campaign!
T-SHIRT AND SNEAKER RECYCLING:
The Hudson Mohawk Road Runners Club will collect gently worn t-shirts and sneakers at the Expo. Please help the effort and tie sneakers together before donating. Donations will go to local charities.
The Race Expo is presented by Adirondack Sports & Fitness, an outdoor recreation and fitness magazine covering the Adirondack Park and greater Capital-Saratoga region of New York State. ASF is the authoritative source for information regarding individual, aerobic, life-long sports and fitness in the area.
