Sponsorship opportunities for the Mohawk Hudson River Marathon and Half Marathon are available with a wide range of financial investment levels and sponsorship benefits as described below.  We would also be happy to discuss a customized sponsorship package that will meet your business requirements.

Sponsorship Levels

Presenting Sponsor
Universal recognition as Presenting Sponsor in race title and all advertising materials; logo with link on race website, logo on all promotional materials, including t-shirts, race bib, finish line tape, recognition as Presenting Sponsor on signs at packet pick up/expo, finish line, complimentary booth at race expo, (2) complimentary mile marker signs, recognition in race instructions (given to all participants) and in HMRRC’s PaceSetter Magazine, public address recognition at all race venues, access to finish area for a promotional booth and/or signs.    

Pace Team Sponsor: $4,000
Your organization will be named as the  Official Pace Team Sponsor in all advertising materials; logo with link on race website, logo on t-shirts worn by Pacers during race and on pace bibs worn by runners, recognition as Official Pace Team Sponsor on signs at packet pickup/expo and at the finish line, complimentary booth at the race expo, complimentary mile marker sign with your company name and message, recognition in race instructions (given to all participants) and in HMRRC’s PaceSetter Magazine, public address recognition at all race venues, access to finish area for promotional booth and/or signs.

Gold Sponsor: $3,000
Logo with link on website, recognition as Gold Sponsor on signs at packet pickup/expo, finish line, logo in all print media, recognition in race instructions (given to all participants) and in HMRRC’s PaceSetter Magazine, public address recognition at all race venues, complimentary 8 x 10 booth at the expo, complimentary mile marker sign with your company name and message, access to finish area for promotional booth, signage and product sampling.  

Silver Sponsor: $2,000
Logo on website, recognition as Silver Sponsor on signs at packet pick up/expo, finish line, logo in all print media, recognition in race instructions (given to all participants) and in HMRRC’s PaceSetter Magazine, public address recognition at all race venues, opportunity to place company banner at finish line.

Bronze Sponsor: $1,000
Logo on website, recognition as Bronze Sponsor on signs at packet pick up/expo, recognition in race instructions (given to all participants) and in HMRRC’s Pacesetter Magazine, opportunity to place company banner at finish line. 

Mile Marker Sponsor:  $100
You or your business can sponsor a mile marker sign along the route.  Your name and personal motivational message to participants will be placed on one mile marker sign (two lines maximum).
